Graduation, last day set for Blaine schools

Following snow days on January 15, 16 and 17, the Blaine school district changed the last day of school to Monday, June 15, and it scheduled high school graduation on Monday, June 8, according to an update at the February 24 school board meeting.

The school district board of directors also approved a calendar for the 2020-2021 school year. The first day of school for that school year is scheduled for August 26, and the last day of school is scheduled for June 15, 2021. Graduation is scheduled for June 11, 2021.

The calendar has two extra make-up days built into it on March 26 and May 14. If make-up days aren’t needed for snow days or other school closures, there won’t be any school on those dates.
