As part of the 45th annual ‘Lights On’ event, Automotive Service Association members, as well as students taking Bellingham Technical College automotive classes, will inspect all exterior lights on vehicles and replace burnt out bulbs for free from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bellingham High School parking lot on Saturday, October 6.
